Objective To investigate the clinical treatment experience of patients with severe cerebral injury. Methods 283 cases with severe cerebral injury were involved in the present study. The methods of treatment and complications were analyzed. Results The mortality of operated patients was 20. 2%, but 33. 3% in non-operated patients was 40.2%. Conclusion The successful methods to treatment severe cerebral injury include reasonable choice of operation and control of complications.
