    摘要:

    颧骨与颧弓是表现面中份特征与立体感的重要解剖结构,过高的颧骨与颧弓直接影响面部的美观与和谐。颧骨颧弓内推术作为临床上矫正突出颧骨颧弓的主要手术方式,近年来得到了长足发展。随着计算机技术、图像处理、数字化技术的应用,颧骨颧弓内推术也不断取得新的进展。数字化技术和颧骨颧弓内推术的结合在提高手术精确度,保持稳定性和减少并发症等方面起着至关重要的作用。本文就近年来数字化技术在颧骨颧弓内推术中的术前测量与模拟、术中转化及术后分析等应用的相关文章作一综述,以期为数字化技术在颧骨颧弓内推术的未来发展提供方向

    Abstract:

    Zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch are important anatomical structures that represent the characteristics and three-dimensional sense of the middle face. Excessive zygomatic bone and zygomatic arch directly affect the beauty and harmony of the face. As the main surgical method for clinical correction of prominent zygomatic arch, reduction malarplasty has made great progress in recent years. With the application of computer technology, image processing and digital technology, the reduction malarplasty has also made new progress. The combination of digital technology and reduction malarplasty plays an important role in improving the accuracy of surgery, maintaining stability and reducing complications. This article reviews the application of digital technology in preoperative measurement and simulation, intraoperative transformation and postoperative analysis of reduction malarplasty in recent years, in order to provide direction for the future development of digital technology in reduction malarplasty
