    摘要:

    慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)是全球公共卫生问题之一,其患病率高、预后差,给家庭与社会带来了极大的经济负担。硒是人体内一种至关重要的微量元素。不仅可参与合成谷胱甘肽过氧化酶,清除细胞内自由基,还能合成硒蛋白,结合体内的重金属离子,参与调控细胞内的氧化应激。而氧化应激是促CKD进展的关键因素之一,持续增强的氧化应激可导致细胞外基质过度沉积和肾组织的过度修复。硒及其硒蛋白对CKD有重要的作用。鉴于此,本文拟从硒及硒蛋白概述、硒及硒蛋白与CKD、硒与硒替代治疗三个方面综述硒及硒蛋白在CKD中的研究进展,以期为阐明硒及硒蛋白对CKD的具体作用与机制打下基础

    Abstract:

    Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the global public health problems, with low awareness, high morbidity and poor prognosis, which brings great economic burden for families and society. Selenium is a vital trace element in the human body. It can not only participate in the synthesis of glutathione peroxidase, scavenge free radicals in cells, but also synthesize selenoprotein, bind heavy metal ions in the body, and participate in the regulation of oxidative stress in cells. Oxidative stress is one of the key factors in promoting the progression of CKD, and continuous increased oxidative stress can lead to excessive deposition of extracellular matrix and excessive repair of renal tissue. Selenium and selenoprotein have significant effct on CKD. Therefore, this article intends to review the research progress of selenium and selenoprotein in CKD from three aspects: overview of selenium and selenoprotein, selenium and selenoprotein in CKD, selenium and selenium replacement therapy, in order to elucidate the specific role and mechanism of selenium and selenoprotein on CKD for human healthy
