Abstract:Organoids refer to tissue analogs with the structure and function of human organs grown in vitro by cell culture technology. Organoids play an important role in disease modeling, drug screening, and organ transplantation research. Blood vessels are the supply channels of oxygen and nutrients for human organs and tissues. Organoids without a vascular network not only have a short survival time, but also cannot more realistically simulate human organs. Therefore, how to make the cultivated organoids have a vascular network system, that is, to cultivate vascularized organoids have become a hot topic in the field of organoid research. This article will systematically review and summarize the development history and application prospects of organoids, as well as the research progress of vascularization of brain, heart, kidney, liver and other organoids, so as to provide reference for the research of vascularized organoids
