    摘要:

    类器官指的是利用细胞培养技术在体外培育的具有人体器官结构和功能的组织类似物,类器官在疾病建模、药物筛选、器官移植的研究中发挥着重要作用。血管是人体器官组织氧气和营养物质的供应管道,无血管网络的类器官不仅存活时间短,而且无法更真实地模拟人体器官,因此如何使培育的类器官具有血管网络系统,即培育出血管化的类器官,已经成为类器官研究领域的热点话题。本文将系统地回顾总结类器官的发展历史、应用前景,以及脑、心脏、肾脏、肝脏等类器官血管化的研究进展,为血管化类器官的研究提供一定的参考

    Abstract:

    Organoids refer to tissue analogs with the structure and function of human organs grown in vitro by cell culture technology. Organoids play an important role in disease modeling, drug screening, and organ transplantation research. Blood vessels are the supply channels of oxygen and nutrients for human organs and tissues. Organoids without a vascular network not only have a short survival time, but also cannot more realistically simulate human organs. Therefore, how to make the cultivated organoids have a vascular network system, that is, to cultivate vascularized organoids have become a hot topic in the field of organoid research. This article will systematically review and summarize the development history and application prospects of organoids, as well as the research progress of vascularization of brain, heart, kidney, liver and other organoids, so as to provide reference for the research of vascularized organoids
