Abstract:Lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) is a rare subtype of lung cancer with a poor prognosis and difficult to diagnose. There is currently no standard chemotherapy for LCNEC, the treatment option is mostly based on small cell lung cancer (SCLC) or non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) regimens and the efficacy of ICIs of LCNEC is poorly characterized. Here, recent treatment progress in LCNEC, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapyandradiotherapy is reviewed
