Abstract:Objective To investigate and collect the factors that affect the quality of mammography images, summarize the common problems and propose countermeasures, so as to provide the angiographic images that can meet the clinical requirements of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The mammography from January 2016 to December 2019 was retrospectively collected. A total of 2850 cases were successfully examined, of which 2609 cases were successful at one time and 241 cases were subject to secondary examination. The process and image quality of the two examinations were compared. Results The images of 241 cases with 2 times of mammography were compared and analyzed, the factors affecting the image quality of the previous mammography were analyzed, and the countermeasures for the successful treatment of the latter mammography were summarized. There are 8 kinds of common reasons that affect the image quality of catheter angiography or cause the failure of angiography. The content of catheter interferes with the display of catheter most, with 70 cases; there were 43 cases of artifacts caused by air in the catheter; 36 cases were injected too much contrast agent; 29 cases were injected with too little contrast agent; there were 25 cases with excessive pressure during filming; 20 cases of respiratory motion artifact; there were 14 cases of contrast agent mistakenly entering other catheter; there were 4 other reasons. When operating, analyze the different reasons with senior technicians and diagnostic doctors, find out the response methods, and summarize and share the methods to meet the clinical diagnosis and treatment image. Conclusion The image quality of mammography affects the clinical diagnosis of lesions in the duct and delays the treatment of the patient′s condition. Technicians should take appropriate countermeasures according to different situations, which can effectively solve the problem of mammography failure, improve the success rate of mammography, improve the image quality of mammography, and meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment
