Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of ticagrelor combined with aspirin on cardiac function indexes, serum homocysteine (Hcy) and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 152 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group from January 2021 to December 2022, 76 cases in each group. On basis of routine treatment, control group was treated with aspirin, while experimental group was treated with ticagrelor on basis of control group. The curative effect after treatment, angina attacks, cardiac function indexes [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), blood lipid indexes [total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)], serum Hcy and NT-proBNP before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, total response rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The duration of angina pectoris in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the frequency of angina pectoris attack was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) The levels of LVEF, SV and CO in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05) The change of blood lipid indexes in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of Hcy and NT-proBNP in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). During treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of ticagrelor combined with aspirin is good on patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can reduce clinical symptoms, significantly improve cardiac function, reduce levels of blood lipid indexes, serum Hcy and NT-proBNP, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, with good safety
