Abstract:Pancreatic cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, and its incidence and mortality are increasing year by year. Despite years of research and exploration, the prognosis of pancreatic cancer has not been significantly improved. In recent years, scholars have studied the changes and possible mechanisms of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer, the results show that the relationship between the changes of intestinal flora and pancreatic disease has important clinical significance. Intestinal microecology will become a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer, andit is expected to be a marker for the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. It provides a scientific clinical basis for the prevention, intervention and treatment of pancreatic cancer. In recent years, scholars have studied the changes and possible mechanisms of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer. The results show that the relationship between the changes of intestinal flora and pancreatic disease has important clinical significance. Intestinal microecology will become a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. It provides a scientific clinical basis for the prevention, intervention and treatment of pancreatic cancer, which may open up a new way for biomarkers and targeted therapy. The article summarizes the latest research progress of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer, and analyzes the development trend of this research
