Abstract:Objective The purpose of this paper is to study the clearance effect of domestic zoey16l polyethersulfone dialyzer on small molecule toxins in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, and observe its clinical safety. Methods A total of 74 MHD patients from the Blood Purification Center in The Second People's Hospital of Yibin were enrolled in a randomized open and parallel controlled study. Conventional hemodialysis was performed for four hours with ZOEY16L polyethersulfone dialyzer in trial group and with PES16LF polyethersulfone dialyzer in control group. The clearance rate and decline rate of urea nitrogen and creatinine before and after dialysis were used for efficacy evaluation. At the same time, the safety indexes of peripheral blood hemoglobin and albumin before and after dialysis in the two groups were analyzed, and the adverse events were recorded. To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the ZOEY16L polyethersulfone dialyzer. Results There were no significant differences in clinical data between the two groups (P>0.05). The creatinine clearance rate in trial group was higher than that in control group[ (116.35±29.38 ) mL/min vs(102.91±28.54 ) mL / min, P<0.05 ].There was no significant difference in urea nitrogen clearance rate, urea nitrogen, blood phosphate reduction ratio 、ultrafiltration rate and spKt/V between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05 ). Adverse events were less and mild without serious adverse reactions.Conclusion ZOEY16L and PES16LF dialyzers have the same scavenging effect on uremic small molecule toxins.ZOEY16L polyethersulfone dialyzer is effective and safe for hemodialysis treatment.
