【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of preventive effect of different disinfection schemes on infectious eczema-like dermatitis in maintenance dialysis patients with tunneled cuffed catheter. Methods85 maintenance dialysis patients with tunneled cuffed catheter were randomly divided into aneriodine group (n=43) and povidone iodine group (n=42). Two groups of patients were treated with aneriodine disinfection regimen and povidone iodine disinfection regimen respectively. The patients were followed up for 6 months，and the conditions of the skin at catheter outlet in the two groups were observed and recorded，including the incidence of IED and adverse reactions. ResultsThe incidence of IED in aneriodine group was lower than that in povidone iodine group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)，but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionAneriodine group is superior to povidone iodine group in the prevention of infectious eczema-like dermatitis associated with tunneled cuffed catheter in hemodialysis patients. Anerdide disinfection schemes is helpful for the prevention of infectious eczema-like dermatitis in maintenance dialysis patients with tunneled cuffed catheter.
