    摘要:

    肺癌作为全球死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,发病率居高不下,严重威胁人类健康和社会发展。尽管近年来肺癌在多学科精准医疗诊治方面得到长足发展,但关于其转移和治疗耐药等方面仍未完全阐明,因此,寻找新的药物靶点至关重要。Krüppel样因子(KLFs)家族成员与肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡、肿瘤干细胞调节等密切相关。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)在Krüppel样因子调控中起着关键作用,其失控可能与多种肿瘤的发生、发展相关,miRNAs的上调或下调可以激活或抑制不同KLFs,发挥不同生物学作用。本研究对近年来KLFs相关miRNAs在肺癌中的调控作用研究进展作一综述,旨在为进一步寻找治疗靶点提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As the malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate in the world, lung cancer has a high incidence, which is a serious threat to human health and social development. Although lung cancer has made great progress in multidisciplinary accurate medical diagnosis and treatment in recent years, the metastasis and drug resistance of lung cancer have not been fully clarified. Therefore, it is very important to find new drug targets.Krü ppel-like factors (KLFs) family members are closely related to tumor cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis, tumor stem cell regulation and so on. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) plays a key role in the regulation of Krüppel-like factors, and its out of control may be related to the occurrence and development of many kinds of tumors. The up-regulation or down-regulation of miRNAs can activate or inhibit different KLFs to play different biological roles. This article reviews the research progress of KLFs-related miRNAs in lung cancer in recent years, in order to provide reference for further finding therapeutic targets.
