Abstract:As the malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate in the world, lung cancer has a high incidence, which is a serious threat to human health and social development. Although lung cancer has made great progress in multidisciplinary accurate medical diagnosis and treatment in recent years, the metastasis and drug resistance of lung cancer have not been fully clarified. Therefore, it is very important to find new drug targets.Krü ppel-like factors (KLFs) family members are closely related to tumor cell proliferation, migration, apoptosis, tumor stem cell regulation and so on. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) plays a key role in the regulation of Krüppel-like factors, and its out of control may be related to the occurrence and development of many kinds of tumors. The up-regulation or down-regulation of miRNAs can activate or inhibit different KLFs to play different biological roles. This article reviews the research progress of KLFs-related miRNAs in lung cancer in recent years, in order to provide reference for further finding therapeutic targets.
