Abstract:Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a chronic progressive syndrome with poor prognosis due to progressive increase of pulmonary artery pressure, which eventually leads to the right heart failure and even death. In the past 10 years, with the clinical application of targeted drugs for PH and the continuous optimization of treatment strategies, the quality of life and survival rate of some patients with PH have been significantly improved. However, for patients with various causes complicated with severe pulmonary hypertension or poor effect of drug treatment, simple drug therapy has some limitations. Therefore, a variety of non-drug treatment methods have become an important choice for the patients of PH. Combined with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of PH, this article will review the latest research progress of non-drug treatment of PH in recent year.
