Abstract:【Abstract】 In recent years, Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) has become one of the most important supportive treatment measures in the treatment of various critical diseases. The Continuous and effective implementation of CRRT is the guarantee of curative effect, so it is particularly important to maintain the patency of extracorporeal circuit. In clinical practice, they often encounter situations that are not suitable for any anticoagulation, thus CRRT without anticoagulation is the first choice. However, extracorporeal circuit is very easy to clot when undergoing CRRT without anticoagulation, leading to treatment interruption. How to prolong the circuit lifespan of CRRT has always been the focus of research at home and abroad, including the influence of extracorporeal circuit preflush, saline flush, the treatment mode and dose of CRRT, the selection of vascular access, blood flow rate, the way of replacement fluid dilution, filter membrane and so on. Timely discovery and handle of factors affecting extracorporeal circuit life is of great significance for the achievement of CRRT curative effect without anticoagulation, and can reduce the cost of treatment. In this paper, the current research status from domestic and foreign of many aspects of circuit life in CRRT without anticoagulation is reviewed for clinical practice reference.
