Abstract:【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of standardized pain management on postoperative pain and recovery in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases each. The control group adopted traditional pain management mode, while the observation group adopted standardized pain management, and the postoperative pain score, pain control satisfaction and recovery of the two groups of patients were compared. Results On the day after surgery, 24h, 48h and 72h, the postoperative pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The satisfaction with pain control, average sleep time, first exhaust time, postoperative ground floor time and postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized pain management can significantly alleviate postoperative pain, improve patient satisfaction, promote rehabilitation, and has a certain value in clinical promotion.
