Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To understand the distribution of High risk Human papillomavirus (HRHPV) genotypes in Luzhou and its relationship with cervical lesions. Methods PCR-Flow Hybridization was used to detect HPV genotyping and explore the relationship between dominant genes and cervicitis, intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Results There were 2 778 cases of patients were detected and 651 cases(18 kinds) HR-HPV positive were found, the positive rate was 23.43%, 436 of them were single infection (66.97%,436/651), 215 of them were mixed infection (33.03%,215/651).The total number of 885 HR-HPV genotypes were found in 651 patients of HR-HPV positive. The positive rate of HR-HPV in the top three were type 52, type 16 and 58, and the three accounted for 22.03%(195/885), 16.05%(142/885) and 10.06% (89/885)of the total infection. In the cervicitis group, the positive rate of HR-HPV was 25.39% (374/1473). There was significant difference in the infection rate between the patients with acute cervicitis and chronic cervicitis (P<0.05). In the intraepithelial neoplasia group, the positive rate of HR-HPV was 41.13% (51/124),severe intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN III)infection rate> moderate intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN II) infection rate>mild intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN I) infection rate, but the difference of infection rate between CINⅢ andCIN I was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the patients with cervical cancer, the positive rate of HR-HPV in patients was 84.78% (78/92). The infection rate of HR-HPV in the squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). Three groups of patients with HR-HPV infection rate, according to cervicitis group, intraepithelial neoplasia group, cervical cancer group sequence increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Three groups of patients with the first three types of infection were 52,16 and 58. Conclusion Different from the dominant genes of type 16 and 18 infection in other regions of China, type 52, type 16, type 58 HR-HPV infection plays a dominant role in Luzhou, but It is also the main genotype leading to cervical diseases such as cervicitis, intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer in this region.
