Abstract:Objective The current situation and influencing factors of the stress load of hemodialysis nurses were investigated, and the correlation between the stress load and the sense of professional benefit was analyzed, so as to provide reference basis for the reduction of the stress load and the improvement of the sense of professional benefit of hemodialysis nurses, and then to provide quality care for patients. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 119 hemodialysis nurses and 119 nephrology ward nurses from three Grade A general hospitals in Sichuan province from March to April 2021 as the research objects. The stress load scale and the occupational benefit scale were used for the questionnaire survey. ResultsT-test results of independent samples showed that total stress load score of hemodialysis nurses and nurses in nephrology ward was (3.00±1.26, 2.70±1.24), event load dimension was (3.49±1.15, 3.16±1.23), individual vulnerability dimension was (2.59±0.60, 2.31±1.11). The differences were statistically significant (t=2.666, 2.627, 2.324,P<0.05). The results of linear regression analysis showed that the age and professional title of hemodialysis specialist nurses were the influencing factors of stress load (P<0.05). The score of professional benefit of hemodialysis specialist nurses and nephrology ward nurses was (4.19±0.62, 4.23±0.84). The scores of positive occupational perception, good nurserypatient relationship, family and friends identification, team belonging, and selfgrowth were (4.07±062, 4.33±0.49, 4.04±0.75, 4.21±0.75, 4.28±0.50; 4.10±0.83, 4.30±0.83, 4.01±0.93, 4.28±0.72, 4.36±0.74). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the pressure load of hemodialysis specialist nurses and the perceived benefit of nurses' practice (r=〖CD*3/5〗0.280,P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure load and career benefit of hemodialysis nurses were both in the medium level. The pressure load of hemodialysis health nurses is higher than the renal medicine ward nurses, and is subject to the influence of age and job title. Paying attention to the psychological health of hemodialysis nurses in clinical practice, and enhancing the level of the hemodialysis nurse career benefit can improve the quality of nursing, in turn, enable patients to a greater benefit.
