Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To compare the effectiveness between diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) parameters in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of breast. Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with breast lesions admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were collected. The values of Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), mean kurtosis (MK) and mean diffusivity (MD) values between benign and malignant breast lesions were compared. The pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the effectiveness of ADC, MK, and MD in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Results The ADC and MD values of the benign group were significantly higher than those of the malignant group (P<005). The MK value was significantly lower than that of the malignant group (P<005). The difference in the shape, edge and enhancement mode between benign and malignant breast lesions was statistically significant (P<005). Among ADC, MK and MD, the accuracy of MK value in the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant diseases was the highest, which was 8361%.And the accuracy of the ADC value was the lowest. The combined application of the above parameters can improve the efficiency of differential diagnosis. The accuracy of MK+MD+ADC in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions was 9016%. Conclusion The DKI and DWI imaging parameters of MRI can effectively differentiate and diagnose breast cancer. The diagnostic 〖JP2〗efficiency of DKI imaging parameters is higher than that of DWI. Combining them can improve the value of differential diagnosis.
