Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of combined detection of RF, MMP3 and anticarp antibody in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods 94 patients with RA admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group, 92 patients with non RA benign immune diseases were selected as the control group, and 96 healthy people were selected as the healthy group. The levels and correlation of RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody in the three groups were compared and analyzed. The relationship between the levels of RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody was analyzed by logistic regression analysis. The diagnostic efficacy of RA was evaluated by joint detection of RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody levels. Results The serum RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the healthy group (P<005), and the control group was higher than the healthy group (P<005). There was a significant positive correlation between the levels of serum RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody among the three groups (P<005). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody levels were independent risk factors of RA. The sensitivity, specificity, yoden index and area under ROC curve of combined detection were higher than those of MMP3 respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of RF, MMP3 and anti carp antibody has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of RA disease.
