Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To study the effect of danazol combined with tripriline in the treatment of female idiopathic precocious puberty. Methods 50 Female idiopathic precocious puberty received therapy from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to random number table, those patients were divided into the observation group (n=27) and the control group (n=23). The observation group treated with danazol combined with triptorelin, while the control group was treated with triptorelin. The changes of body development index, serum hormone level, uterine condition (uterine volume, ovarian volume, follicle diameter), POCS incidence, testosterone, insulin resistance index were compared between the two groups. Results The height, weight, predicted height and age in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(137.95±3.92)cm vs(135.07±3.81)cm,(26.43±3.91)kg vs(23.09±3.80)kg,(165.01±5.69)cm vs(159.01±5.60)cm,(9.85±0.65)years vs(8.97±0.65)years](P<0.05). FSH, LH and E2 were significantly lower than the control group[(1.61±0.52)IU/L vs(2.98±0.81)IU/L,(0.63±0.15)IU/L vs(0.97±0.18)IU/L,(9.85±2.51)ng/L vs(14.09±2.78)ng/L](P<0.05). Uterine volume, ovarian volume and follicle diameter were significantly lower than those in the control group[(3.05±0.39)mL vs(3.75±0.38)mL,(1.42±0.19)mL vs(1.75±0.21)mL,(4.17±0.96)mm vs(6.01±0.98)mm](P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of POCS, testosterone and insulin resistance index between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Danazol combined with triptorelin in the treatment of female idiopathic precocious puberty can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect, delay gonadal maturation, improve serum hormone and inhibit children's early secondary sexual characteristics and growth and development.
