【Abstract】 In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous abortion and recurrent spontaneous abortion, The Chinese expert consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of spontaneous abortion (2020) was published in November 2020. This article will combine 2016 Chinese expert consensus on recurrent spontaneous abortion and the China expert consensus of progesterone maintain early pregnancy and prevent spontaneous abortion published in 2018, the China expert consensus of low molecular weight heparin prevent spontaneous abortion published in 2020, the expert consensus of immune inhibitor application in recurrent miscarriage combine with rheumatic autoimmune disease and the RSA guidelines published by European society of human reproduction and embryology in 2017 on the 2020 consensus analysis and interpretation, aimed at providing the reference for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous abortion.
