Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To explore the application value of goal attainment theory in the cardiovascular risk, healthy behavior and quality of life in patients with firstepisode acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods 84 firstepisode AMI patients in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n=43) according to the computer random software. The control group was given routine nursing of interventional therapy in cardiology department, and the observation group was given cardiovascular risk management education based on the control group. The cardiovascular risk, health behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups within 6 months. Results There was a significant positive correlation between the cardiovascular risk scores of the two groups within 6 months. The score of the experiment group was 1006946, the score of the control group was 909815, and the effective amount was 039. The fasting blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (F=4285, P=0016). The performance of healthy behavior and the score of psychological life quality of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<005). Conclusion Objective to achieve the theory of plan management is applicable to the first AMI patients. It can not only reduce the cardiovascular risk and blood sugar level, but also improve the healthy behavior and psychological life quality of patients within 6 months, which has clinical application value.
