Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and tolerability of Yasmin on endometriosis patient. Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with endometriosis treated in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from June 2013 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with laparoscopic conservative treatment. After operation, the patients were randomly divided into GnRH a group (64 cases, treated with GnRH-a) and Yasmin group (66 cases, treated with Yasmin). After treatment for 6 months, the patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment The changes of clinical efficacy, pain degree, uterine volume, menstrual volume, serum hormone level, and adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the yousiming group was significantly higher than that of the GnRHa group (P<0.05). Compared with the GnRH-a group, the chronic pain grading and VAS score of the Yasmin group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with the GnRH-a group, the uterine volume and menstrual volume of the Yasmin group were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the GnRH-a group, the serum FSH and E2 levels of the Yasmin group were significantly reduced The total adverse reaction rate of Yasmin group was significantly lower than that of GnRH-a group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Yasmin after laparoscopic conservative treatment of endometriosis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, effectively improve the patient's pain symptoms, reduce uterine volume and menstrual volume, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
