Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of nasal high flow combined with neoactivin on NT-proBNP troponin and CKMB in patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with pulmonary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into observation group (n=53) and control group (n=47). The control group was given Xinhuosu treatment, and the observation group was given nasal high flow oxygen inhalation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, NT-proBNP, troponin, CKMB, left ventricular ejection fraction, output per minute, 6-minute walking distance, total lung capacity (TLC), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of NT-proBNP, troponin and CKMB between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum NT-proBNP, troponin and CKMB in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction, output per minute and 6minute walking distance between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction, output per minute and 6minute walking distance in the two groups were significantly increased, and the levels of TLC, FVC, FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) After treatment, the levels of TLC, FVC, FEV1/FVC in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with pulmonary heart disease, the application of transnasal high flow combined with neocortin has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the level of ntprobnp, troponin and CKMB.
