Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with paracillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function. Methods From May 2018 to May 2019, 78 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease in Beijing Tiantan Hospital and Beijing Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups were given conventional methods of treatment and intervention. The control group was treated with trimetazidine. The observation group was treated with paracecillin sodium and sulbactam sodium on the basis of the control group. After 6 months of treatment, the effect of the patients was evaluated. Group sST2, NT-proBNP, cardiopulmonary function level and QOL score. Results The levels of serum sST2 and NT-proBNP in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05). T he decline in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The lung function FEV1 / FVC and MMEF were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05). The improvement level of lung function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The QOL score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with paracecillin and sulbactam sodium can improve serum sST2 and NT-proBNP levels in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease, improve the level of cardiac function, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
