Abstract:Sepsis induced disseminated intravascular coagulation is one of the important complications that threaten the lives of patients. Early diagnosis will have a huge impact on subsequent treatment and the prognosis of patients. Since 2001, International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis has successively issued multiple editions of disseminated intravascular coagulation guidelines, and issued a separate diagnostic management process for sepsisinduced disseminated intravascular coagulation in 2019. Compared with foreign guidelines, the 2017 domestic guidelines have different focuses. In order to raise domestic scholars’attention to sepsis related coagulation disorders and diffuse intravascular coagulation, and promote scientific research and clinical thinking, this article interprets "International Thrombosis and Hemostasis Association (ISTH) Guidelines Recommendations: Sepsisrelated coagulation dysfunction and diffuse intravascular coagulation (2019)”.
