    【摘要】目的 探讨三维切片(3DSlicer)图像技术在内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年8月~2019年8月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院采用经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的垂体瘤患者76例,根据手术方式分为对照组(n=36)和研究组(n=40)。对照组采用单纯的内镜方法,研究组在对照组的基础上采用3DSlicer图像技术。比较两组患者术后激素水平、手术时间、住院时间、并发症的发生率等情况。结果 术前,两组患者相关激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>005),手术前后两组患者相关激素水平比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<005);组间比较,研究组相关激素水平改善情况均优于对照组(P<005)。研究组院时间、住院费用、手术时间、失血量均显著低于对照组(P<005)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<005)。结论 3DSlicer图像技术对内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者具有无创,操作简单,视野清晰,安全性高,并发症少等优势。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the application of 3dslicer in endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods Seventysix patients with pituitary tumors who underwent transsphenoidal pituitary resection in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the surgical procedure. 36 patients in the control group were treated with simple endoscopic method, and 40 patients in the study group were treated with 3Dslicer image technology on the basis of the control group. The postoperative efficacy, operation time, hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in related hormone levels between the two groups (P>0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<005). The hospital stay time (764±243) d, hospitalization cost (234±044) yuan, operation time (364±113) h, and blood loss (11252±1136) mL were all significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<005). The incidence of complications in the study group was 750% lower than that in the control group (P<005).Conclusion 3dslicer software is noninvasive, easy to operate, clear vision, high safety, fewer complications and ideal efficiency for patients undergoing endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.
