【Abstract】Objective To investigate the application of 3dslicer in endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods Seventysix patients with pituitary tumors who underwent transsphenoidal pituitary resection in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the surgical procedure. 36 patients in the control group were treated with simple endoscopic method, and 40 patients in the study group were treated with 3Dslicer image technology on the basis of the control group. The postoperative efficacy, operation time, hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in related hormone levels between the two groups (P＞0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜005). The hospital stay time (764±243) d, hospitalization cost (234±044) yuan, operation time (364±113) h, and blood loss (11252±1136) mL were all significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P＜005). The incidence of complications in the study group was 750% lower than that in the control group (P＜005).Conclusion 3dslicer software is noninvasive, easy to operate, clear vision, high safety, fewer complications and ideal efficiency for patients undergoing endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.
