【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsule with Ning Xinbao Capsule in the treatment of sinus bradycardia with frequent ventricular premature beat. Methods 159 patients with sinus bradycardia and frequent ventricular premature beats treated in our hospital during Jan.2018~Jun.2019,and they were randomly divided into control group 1(n=51), control group 2(n=55) and test group(n=53). Control group 1 was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule. Control group 2 was treated with Ning Xinbao Capsule. Test group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Ning Xinbao Capsule. The clinical efficacy and safety of the three groups after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of symptom improvement in the control group 1, control group 2 and test group was 78%, 64% and 52%. There was a significant difference between the three groups (P＜005). The total effective rate of reducing the number of Ventricular premature beat in the control group 1,control group 2 and test group was 72%, 60% and 46% (P＜005). The total effective rate of improving the average heart rate in the control group 1, control group 2 and test group was 70%, 58% and 44% (P＜05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group 1, control group 2 and test group was 38%, 2% and 0% (P＞005).Conclusion The combination of Shensong Yangxin Capsule and Ning Xinbao Capsule in the treatment of sinus bradycardia with ventricular premature beats can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, increase the average heart rate and reduce the number of ventricular premature beats, without increasing adverse reactions, which has certain clinical application value. 
