Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To study the shortterm efficacy and immune function changes of focused ultrasound combined with anti HPV β glucan functional dressing in the treatment of cervical HPV persistent infection. Methods96 patients who using prospective research methods admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected for cervical swab nucleic hybridization to detect HPV positive highrisk type. The patients were divided into the combined treatment group, the single treatment group and the single control group, 32 cases in each group. Patients in the single treatment group were treated with antiHPV βglucan functional dressings. Patients in the combined treatment group were given ultrasound focusing combined with antiHPV βglucan functional dressings. Patients in the simple control group were only followed up in the clinic. The clinical effects, changes in Th1 / Th2 cytokine levels, and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of single treatment group (P<005). The scores of body role, body function, body pain, overall health, vitality, mental health, social function and emotional role in the combined treatment group and the single treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of each dimension in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the single treatment group, and the scores in the single treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<005). The levels of interferonγ (IFNγ) and interleukin2 (IL2) in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the single treatment group and the control group, while the levels of IL4 and IL6 in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the single treatment group In the treatment group, the single treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<005). The incidence of adverse reactions was 938%, but there was no significant difference between the four groups (P>005). Conclusion Focused ultrasound combined with antiHPV βglucan functional dressings has significant clinical effects in treating cervical HPV infection, and has a high negative rate, which can effectively improve the level of cellular immunity, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical application.
