【Abstract】 Scientific statistical analysis method is the precondition of correct and credible clinical research. This paper mainly introduces the common analytical methods in clinical research. Statistical analysis methods include statistical description and statistical inference. Statistical descriptions include qualitative and quantitative descriptions. Statistical inference includes ttest, method analysis, test, rank sum test, correlation and regression analysis, etc.
