Abstract:【Abstract】 Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune mediated diffuse connective tissue disease characterized by immune inflammation.SLE is more likely to occur in females of childbearing age, and its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse, which may cause multiple system damage. The main systems involved in Chinese patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are kidney, musculoskeletal and nervous systems. In recent years, the focus of research on SLE has turned to the control of disease activity. The mainly method in control of lupus activity is glucocorticoid plus immunosuppressant. The sides of glucocorticoid plus immunosuppressant and lupus itself affect the quality of life of patients to varying degrees. This paper makes a review of recent progress of the quality of life and influencing factors of patients with SLE.
