Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of precision nursing in enteral nutrition support treatment for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction treated from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, 98 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine medical care, and the observation group received precision medical care. After 1 months of precious nursing in hospital and 6 months of continue nursing out of hospital, the nursing effect was evaluated. After the hospitalization period, the two groups were followed up for 6 months. The nutritional indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Rate, patient mortality, and treatment efficiency after care were observed. Results In this study, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05). The serum albumin, triceps skin fold thickness, and upper arm triceps muscle surrounding levels were higher in the observation group after nursing. In the control group (P<0.05), the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant mortality at 6 months after care in the two groups (P>0.05). The mortality of patients at 3 months and 6 months was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Precision nursing used in enteral nutrition support treatment for patients with cerebral infarction can improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and achieve a higher treatment efficiency.
