Abstract:Objective To investigate the Sandwich style method of using suture anchor and clavicular Hook plate in the treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint. Methods From Jan.2015 to JAN.2017, 30 cases of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were treated with Sandwich style Operative with suture anchor and clavicular Hook plate.According to the Tossy classification, there were 17 of type Ⅱ,13 of type Ⅲ. Clinical evaluation included postoperative complications, radiographic findings, shoulder joint Karlsson, Constant Murley score (CMS score). Results The average period of follow-up was 15 months(range,8 to 24 months).According to Karlsson criterion,24 were excellent, 5 were good, and 1 were fair. There was no case with superficial infection,1 was with a constant pain .The ConstantMurley scores was 94.5±5.5. The VAS scores was 0.8±0.5. No further dislocation occurred.Condusion Sandwich style operative with suture anchor and clavicular Hook plate is an effective method for the treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint. It can reduce the pain of postoperative activities and make the functional recovery ideal. The fixation strength is high. The sandwich repair with wire anchor bolt avoids the dislocation after removing the internal fixation. The results are related to reduction quality, timing of surgery and rebuilt quality.
