Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of exercise combined with acupuncture and massage on } students with neck shoulder syndrome.Methods 114 college patients with cervical spondylosis admitted from July 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and treatment group, according to the random number table method. The college patients in the control group received acupuncture and massage once every other day, alternately for 28 consecutive days. The college patients in the treatment group carried out shoulder neck exercise twice a day for 28 consecutive days on the basis of acupuncture and massage. The range of cervical vertebra joint activity, neck disability index, visual analogue scale (VAS) score and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the activity range of cervical vertebra joint significantly increased, the neck disability index and VAS score significantly reduced, and the total effective rate significantly increased in the treatment group. Conclusion Exercise combined with acupuncture and massage has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis, which is worth popularizing among college students.
