Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To establish an animal model of liver cell transplantation via carotid artery and left gastric artery cannula in SD rats and provide a new animal model for studying liver cell transplantation. Methods 20 SD rats were intubated into the celiac trunk via carotid artery, temporarily blocked the splenic artery and common hepatic artery, and injected methylene blue into the left gastric artery to observe the distribution of methylene blue. The liver cells labeled with CFDA SE were injected into the left gastric artery, and the distribution of liver cells in the stomach was observed by fluorescence microscope. Results The stomach showed blue, and CFDA SE labeled hepatocytes were shown in the gastric wall by fluorescence microscope. Conclusion CFDA selabeled hepatocytes were successfully distributed in the basal layer and submucosa of the gastric wall after transplanting through left gastric artery, and the animal model of left gastric artery was successfully established by intubation via carotid artery route in SD rats.
