    摘要:

    目的 利用新型CFN-MPS-200多功能合成模块快速合成11C蛋氨酸(MET)并在脑胶质瘤患者体内对比显像。方法 利用新型CFN-MPS-200多功能合成模块快速合成11C-MET,用HPLC和TLC测定其放化纯,并在脑胶质瘤患者体内对比显像。结果 基于CFN-MPS-200多功能合成模块自动化合成11C-MET的时间约为11 min,合成产率为82±5%(衰减校正后,n=3),放化纯大于99%。产品为无色透明溶液,pH值在70~80之间,产品热源和细菌试验均合格。11C-MET在脑胶质瘤患者脑部显像具有较高的靶本比。结论 利用CFN-MPS-200多功能合成模块制备11C-MET时间短,方法稳定,制备得到的11C-MET放化纯高,在脑胶质瘤患者体内显像具有较高的靶本比,能够较好的区分正常组织与病灶部位。

    Abstract:

    Objective To synthesis 11C-methionine (MET) in a rapid and automatic way, then perform 11C-MET PET/CT imaging in glioma patient. Methods We rapidly synthesized 11C-MET based on CFN-MPS-200 automatic synthesis module, and detected the radiochemical purity by HPLC and TLC. Then 11CMET was injected into glioma patient for PET/CT imaging. Results The whole synthesis procedure consumed about 11 min. The radio chemical yield was about 82±5% (after attenuation correction, n=3) and radio chemical purity was more than 99%. The product was colorless and clear solution with pH value of 7.08.0. The pyrogenic reaction test and bacteria test of product was negative. 11C-MET showed higher tumor/nontumor ratio in glioma patient than 18FFDG. Conclusion Based on CFN-MPS-200 module, we could rapidly synthesize 11C-MET with high radio chemical purity. 11C-MET showed higher tumor/nontumor ratio in glioma patient, it could differentiate tumor area and normal brain tissue clearly.
