【Abstract】 IgA nephropathy is a clinical pathological syndrome characterized by IgA or IgAbased immune complexes in the mesangial area or/and capillaries. The current pathogenesis and treatment options are still unclear. Therefore, this article reviews the recent progress in the treatment of pathological types of IgA nephropathy and IgA nephropathy.
