Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of pipeline blood sampling instead of body venous blood sampling of regularconnected lines and to explore the influence of different anticoagulant methods on the test results in continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT). Methods 60 patients underwent CRRT treatment in a tertiary hospital from June to December 2018 were enrolled in this study. Blood samples were collected from the peripheral vein of the patient and the foremost arterial sampling port (Stop treatment 0min, 1min, 3min, 5min) in the CRRT machine line, the collected blood samples were tested for acids, alkaloids, electrolytes, etc., and compared test results. Results In the regular lines, the blood collection parameters of different treatment durations (0min, 1min, 3min, 5min) were compared with the blood gas analysis indexes of venous blood in the body, and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion During CRRT, the blood can be collected from the pipeline instead of the venous blood sampling in the body for blood sample testing, and the treatment is not required to be suspended. The results of this study can provide a reference for clinical CRRT blood sample testing.
