Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carboprost and misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding after cesarean section of placenta previa. Methods From January 2017 to October 2019, 50 patients with dangerous placenta previa were randomly divided into observation group (n = 26) and control group (n = 24). The control group was treated with misoprostol, and the observation group was treated with carboprost and aminobutriol on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume, hemostasis time, blood transfusion, hospitalization time, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hemostasis time, blood transfusion and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P The levels of APTT and TT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of carboprost and misoprostol is effective and safe in the prevention of bleeding after cesarean section of placenta previa.
