【Abstract】 Since its publication in 2019, China's consensus on the maintenance and treatment of ovarian epithelial cancer (2019) (referred to as the consensus) has aroused wide repercussions in the industry and attracted great attention. The consensus was formed by more than 30 gynecological oncologists organized by the gynecological oncology professional committee of China Anti Cancer Association after several rounds of discussion and revision. It is the first domestic consensus on the maintenance and treatment of ovarian epithelial cancer Expert consensus. This article combs and interprets the key contents of the consensus, and expounds the relevant issues of the maintenance treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer in combination with the clinical practice, so as to better guide the clinicians in the application.
