【Abstract】 The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARSCoV2) infection is outbreak, recently. The number of cases continues to increase. People are generally susceptible. There have been children cases. With the outbreak peak and more areas to carry out pathogen detection, the incidence of children infection is increasing, we should be paid great attention. The SARSCoV2 is stealthiness and highly infectious, and some children infected with the virus only show gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea as the first manifestation. In order to prevent the infection of the virus in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy and avoid crossinfection, it is urgent to formulate and implement relevant prevention and control measures and SOP procedures. Routine gastroenteroscopy will be postponed during the epidemic. But a green channel will be set up for emergency and severe cases. We must strictly execute the specification for disinfection and isolation for protecting everyone. According to "The Medical Institutions in the Novel Coronavirus Infection Prevention and Control Technology Guide", "The Children Deal with to Novel Coronavirus Infection Prevention and Control Plan in Digestive Endoscopy Center", etc., we combine with the characteristics of Sichuan Province. The paper formulate the following prevention and control measures and SOP for the protection, endoscopic disinfection and posttreatment of digestive endoscopy in children with novel coronavirus infection, in order to guide clinical and control the virus infection.
