Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of Multi-b value MRI in the differential diagnosis of liver focal lesions, so as to improve the correct diagnosis rate of liver focal lesions. Methods From September 2016 to October 2018, 75 patients with liver space occupying lesions were selected as the study object, including 40 patients with malignant lesions and 35 patients with benign lesions. At the same time, 30 healthy volunteers under the guidance of Ge MR750 were selected for MR scanning to record the signal intensity and ADC value of liver focal lesions of differentnatures on multi-bvalue diffusion weighted imaging, and to observe the differences and characteristics of bvalue signal intensity and bvalue ADC value curves of different natures of lesions. Results There were significant differences in signal intensity, ADC value, bvaluesignal intensity and bvalueADC value curves between benign and malignant lesions (P<0.05).〖WTHZ〗Conclusion Through the establishment of MRI scanning sequence and the calculation of Multib value, the comprehensive analysis and judgment of the scanning results can identify the nature of focal lesions of different nature of the liver, improve the correct diagnosis rate, and have better diagnostic value.
