Objective To analyze the characteristic in combined medication with Elemene injection with drug use in cancer patients in our hospital by SPSS Clementine association rules. Methods From January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018, all cancer patients in our hospital used Elemene injection were collected. Through the hospital information management system, the doctor's orders, medical records and inquire the relevant medical staff, the general situation of patients and the information of combined medication were counted and analyzed by Apriori algorithm and association rules. Results952 patients were included in the study. Elemene injection combined with medicines were stomachprotecting antiemetic drugs, hormones, Chinese patent medicines. Its close combined medications included dexamethasone, potassium chloride, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and pantoprazole. Conclusion The combination of elemene injection has certain regularity and rationality, and its safety and effectiveness need to be further verified and evaluated in clinical practice, so as to prevent and reduce the possible adverse reactions caused by more types of combined drugs as far as possible, and ensure the rational and safe use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in clinical practice.
