This paper summarized and discussed the prevention and control measures of operating room infection during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019（COVID19), from the aspects of strengthening emergency management of the prevention and control of operating room infection, as well as scientific screening and classified protection of suspected/confirmed cases during the perioperative period.
