【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nano silver dressing combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on diabetic foot ulcer. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018, 128 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into control group, treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and combined treatment group. The control group was treated with routine surgical dressing change and diabetic foot medicine. Treatment group 1 was covered with nano silver dressing every other day. Treatment group 2 was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction. In the combined treatment group, the nano silver dressing was replaced every other day and the traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu decoction was taken orally. Before treatment and on the 12th, 24th and 48th day after treatment, the secretion of the wound was taken for bacterial culture, the wound area was measured each time the dressing was changed, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, CRP and cystatin C were detected. Results The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria of diabetic foot ulcer in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The wound area of the combined treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The wound healing rate was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, CRP and cystatin C were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 and control group at the same time (P＞0.05). Conclusion Nano silver dressing combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria in diabetic foot ulcer, promote wound healing and improve the clinical effect of diabetic foot ulcer healing.
