Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with radiofrequency surgery in treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain in elderly lung cancer patients. Methods 2 elderly lung cancer patients with bone metastatic cancer pain treated in our hospital from Jan 2017 to Jan 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, according to the random number method. The control group received the zoledronic acid. Based on zoledronic acid, the observation group received the radiofrequency surgery. The pain degree, Karnofsky performance score (KPS) and bone reparation rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The pain relief time, activity ability and clinical efficacy were recorded during the 6monfollowup. Results The NRS score, quality of life, bone reparation rate and efficacy immediately after treatment and 6mon after treatment in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The pain relief time and activity ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The zoledronic acid combined with radiofrequency surgerycan effectively relieve pain, improve the patient′s quality of life and bone reparation rate for elderly lung cancer patients with bone metastatic cancer pain.
