Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of self-adhesive ostomy bag in the nursing o£ intestinal fistula. Methods Retrospective analysis o£ 50 cases of enterocutaneous fistula treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018, By adopting the method o£ 1:1 case-control study. The patients used self-adhesive ostomy bag nursing were assigned to the experimental group. The patients received continuous suction with aspirator were assigned to the control group. The incidence o£ perifistula dermatitis, the average number of dressing changes, and the score o£ Nottingham health scale (NHP) were analyzed. Results The incidence and severity o£ perifistular dermatitis in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P <0. 05). The subjective evaluation o£ NHP was better than that o£ control group. Conclusion The application o£ self-adhesive ostomy bag in intestinal fistula nursing can protect the skin around the fistula, accelerate the healing o£ fistula, improve comfort, reduce the number o£ dressing changes, reduce the economic burden o£ patients and reduce the workload o£ medical staff.
