Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application of narrative medical nursing intervention on stroke patients. Methods 28 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group (65 cases) and the control group (63 cases). The control group received conventional nursing intervention. The experimental group received narrative medical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression scores, the Short-Form 36 score, sleep status (total sleep time, number of awakenings, sleep efficiency, sleep latency) , cognitive function, neurological function, exercise function; improvement in quality of life and complications (pneumonia, pressure sores, nutritional disorders) after 3 months of care between the two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention were compared. Results Three months after the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of SF 36 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the intervention, and the sleep conditions in the experimental group were significantly better than those before the intervention (P<0. 05) , and the total sleep time and sleep efficiency of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the number of awakenings and sleep latency were significantly lower than those of the control group ; the improvement rate of the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05); MMSE, NIHSS and FM in the two groups A) The scores of MMSE and FMA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05), and the NIHSS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). There was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group in the incidence of complications afterintervention (P>0. 05). Conclusion Narrative medical nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression o£ stroke patients, improve their life and quality of life, as well as cognitive, neurological and motor functions with exact nursing effect.
