【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value o£ transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with elastography in the differential diagnosis of adnexal masses. Methods Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and elastography screening was performed on 145 adnexal masses. Histopathologic results were conducted as gold standards. Results Histopathologic examination showed 41 malignant lesions and 104 benign lesions o£ 145 lesions. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were 78. 0% ,78. 8% and 78. 6%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy o£ elastography were 82. 9 % , 76. 0% and 77. 9 % , respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy o£ the combination of these two methods were 90. 2 % ,95. 2 % and 93. 8 % , respectively. Conclusion The transvaginal elastography combined with color Doppler ultrasound is helpful for improving the differential diagnosis of adnexal masses.
