Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value o£ blood microRNA-1 (miRNA-1) for East Asian early fl- cute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods The relevant literatures of the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Database, CQVIP and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform were built as o£ October 2018. The quality of the literature was evaluated by the Diagnostic Test Accuracy Study Quality Evaluation Scale (QUADAS-2). miRNA-1 assessment was assessed by combined sensitivity (SEN) , specificity ( SPE) , positive likelihood ratio ( PLR) , negative likelihood ratio ( NLR) , diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) 9 and comprehensive subject area under the curve (AUC) Overall detection performance of East Asian early AMI. All statistical analyses were performed using RevMan 5. 3 and Stata 12. 0 software. Results 14 eligible studies were included. The overall data o£ miRNA-1 diagnosis o£ AMI included sensitivity (0. 79) , specificity (0. 89) , positive likelihood ratio (7. 39) , negative likelihood ratio (0. 23) and the composite subject curve (0. 90). Conclusion Blood miRNA-1 level can be used as a biomarker for early diagnosis of AMI in East Asian population.
