This paper reviews the understanding and treatment o£ TCM nephropathy in past dynasties, clarifies the development context o£ TCM kidney disease, summarizes the inheritance and innovation o£ modern scholars on TCM nephropathy, discusses the treatment of chronic renal failure from "kidney labor" and "kidney impotence", and develops Shendi Bushen capsule, Qingre membrane kidney recipe, kidney impotence recipe and other prescriptions for the effective prevention and treatment of kidney disease. It all reflects the inheritance and innovation of TCM kidney disease.
